02A call with the art lead45 minutes about your work, our pipeline and what you want to build next.

03Paid test taskA few evenings of work, delivered in stages the way production runs. Every stage we accept is paid.

04OfferTerms in writing, a real onboarding, and your first asset in production in week one.
